Payment Options

We appreciate that the parents of pupils at Stoke College have different resources available to pay for school fees. In recognition of this, we are pleased to offer three payment options, allowing parents to select the one most suitable.

1. Termly payment in advance: The fee quoted in the table above will apply. Failure to pay within the first 14 days will result in a 3% monthly penalty being applied. The school reserves the right to expel children and take legal action where fees have not been paid 30 days after the start of term.

2. Monthly payments: A leaflet detailing the scheme, managed by HTC, is available from the school office.

3. Annual lump sum payment: If payment for the entire year's fees is made prior to the beginning of the Autumn term, a 1% advanced discount will be applied.

Breakfast/Tea/Prep Clubs

Charges for any of these clubs will be billed each term in arrears at £3 per attendance.

Scholarships and Bursaries

A separate information sheet is available.

Insurance Protection

Parents are advised that an Insurance protection scheme for school fees is available as an option. Full details are available from the school office.

Stoke College Parent Teacher Association

This organisation exists both to provide a communications link between parents and teachers and to raise funds, normally via social activities, for interesting projects. Membership of the association is free. All parents are in membership and we hope you will want to support PTA fundraising events.
