Teacher of English and Drama (Maternity Cover)

Teacher of Modern Languages: French with Spanish/German

Required from September 2017, an inspirational and forward thinking teacher of Modern Languages. The successful candidate will be able to teach French up to A Level, teach another language up to GCSE level and be fully supportive of the College’s ethos.

With the opening of a new Sixth Form and the expansion of boarding, we are looking for a candidate excited about playing a role in enthusing pupils about other languages and cultures. Candidates who wish to combine the post with a residential role would be welcome.

School Accountant

Required from May 2017, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding qualified accountant who has high standards and expectations. We would like to attract someone who is creative, enthusiastic and looking to have career progression within the education industry. They must have an outstanding record in accountancy and be able to work as part of a team.

 

The School Accountant is responsible to the Bursar for managing the school’s finances. Additionally, the School Accountant deputises for the Bursar in her absence. The post holder will be required to set up annual budgets (working with the Bursar) monitor budgets, cash flow, bank reconciliation, administer Teachers Pensions, annual statutory returns and oversee the payroll.
