Chinese New Year in the Prep School

One of the activities this week involved a competition to see how many beans could be moved in two minutes, using chopsticks alone. This was won by Holly with 17!
The children also painted Chinese numbers. For the curious among you, you can find the numbers 1 - 10 on the two sheets.
This fabulous dragon was constructed in DT lessons by the older pupils.
The dragon danced round the hall accompanied by chimes, cymbals and drums during Monday's assembly - a truly magnificent performance that will remain long in the mind.
