The funeral will take place at the Clare Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, at 3pm on Wednesday February 23rd.
Refreshments afterwards in the Stoke College Sports Hall.
Flowers may be sent, or if you would like to make a donation, a special fund has been set up with Save The Children.
The money raised will be put towards building a classroom in a school for deprived children living in a Third World country.
