19/03/2011
On Saturday 19th March some Stoke College pupils participated in the annual Cambridge Science Festival. They used scientific techniques to bottled their genes and they made DNA models out of gummy bears.
Following that, they visited the Deptment of Metallurgy, made badges from plastic cups and also touched a cloud.

Tom and Connor test different medicines to see if they are going to work.

Cameron starts to collect his DNA to take home in a bottle.

Ben, Cameron and Tom build proteins out of Lego.

Jack and Adam have fun making water hurricanes.

Cameron uses lots of different materials to make a model of an antibody.
