Due to expansion, we are seeking to appoint 2 x catering Assistants to work within an already established team. The College is a happy, welcoming and inclusive independent school for 11 to 18 year old day and Boarding pupils.

You will be joining a fantastic team who work collaboratively to produce outstanding food and service to the highest quality.

This position is a 25 hours a week post, to include alternate weekends on a 2 week rota.

Week 1:                                                                           Week 2:

Monday               12.00 – 19:00                              Tuesday – Friday 12:00 – 19:00
Saturday              14:00 – 19:00
Sunday                11:00 – 19:00

Duties

Staff Room:

  • Clean and sanitiser all areas
  • keep refreshment area stocked
  • Wash, dry and put away crockery

Dining Hall:

  • Be on hand to help out with meal service
  • Sweep, mop and sanitiser dining hall – floors, benches & tables
  • Set up dining hall for evening service

Kitchen:

  • General cleaning duties – fridges, storeroom. Fryers etc
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in main kitchen area
  • Clean down after service (wash up and wipe down)

Due to expansion, we are seeking to appoint a qualified full-time Chef to work within an already established team. The College is a happy, welcoming and inclusive independent school for 11 to 18 year old’s day and Boarding pupils.

You will be joining a fantastic team who work collaboratively to produce outstanding food and service to the highest quality.

This position is full time, 37 hours a week post, including evening & weekends on a 4 week rota. Worked over 44 weeks of the year.
